Every child is unique.
Play is learning.
Quality early childhood education is essential.
To form long lasting relationships with our students & their families.
Build connections with our students that fill them full of confidence and a love for learning.
To show that learning is possible everywhere, especially outside.
Teach children essential life skills that prepare them for long term success.
To create a safe & joyful prepared classroom environment that in turn becomes the 3rd teacher.
To focus on the process through which children learn & not the product in the end.

Working at Little Minds is unlike any other job I have had. I am truly excited to get up everyday to go to work and I love getting to learn more each day. We are an amazing team and work together to meet the needs of each child. Little Minds unique small group facility is what first attracted me and is what has made me grow a passion for early childhood education! In our small group facility children have more opportunities for individualized learning and connection with teachers & peers.
